Names persons who gave the charity for every parish listed. Together with 2pp explanatory, folio, facsimilie A4 Report of the Committee. Parliamentary papers of this period are rare. Provision of their sale to the public were not made until 1836.

The Cabalva Estate on the Borders of Herefordshire and Radnorshire in the Wye Valley - Auction Sale Particulars 1913
Hereford, Messrs Knight, Frank & Rutley. 1913, 1st Edition. Thick Card Covers, Folio - over 12" - 15" tall. Auction prospectus - "Illustrated Particulars, Plans and Conditions of Sale of the freehold, residential, sporting and agricultural property known as the Cabalva Estate (Parishes of Clyro and Brilley) extending to 958 acres.. for sale by auction as a whole or in lots at the Green Dragon Hotel on Wednesday, the 30th July, 1913.. by Messrs Knight, Frank & Rutley. In thick grey card covers measuring 14 3/4" x 10" (38x26cms); 24 pages; with "Key Plan" on front pastedown, a frontispiece plate of Cablava house and two other plates.10 lots described. There is a large coloured map in a thick card wallet pasted to the rear board. This map measures 36 1/2" x 29 3/4" ((93x76cms) with much detail - see scans. Cabalva is a few miles north of Hay-on-Wye - the map borders the river Wye to the east, Pentre-grove to the north, Caeynoyadd hill to the west and Upper Bettws to the south; it is in fine condition without marks, misfolding or foxing - though it is folded as issued. The prospectus is at least VG with one minor closed marginal tear and minor evidence of label removal on front card cover. Very Good +/No Jacket.
